Super Lawyer

James W. George: Prestigious, intelligent, super.
Mr. George, better known as Jim throughout our Austin executive office suite, jokingly claims to have been inspired to practice law by Perry Mason.
Over his career, Jim has been involved in several cases ranging from trial cases, divorces, personal injury, paternity verification, and arson.
Jim’s most memorable case lasted almost a year. In this particular case, the opposing counsel had collected evidence that suggested that Jim’s client had intentionally set the fire to his home. It looked like Jim and his client were going to lose. Like a scene out of Law and Order, with Jim’s smart thinking and assistance from a lab, he was able to prove that the evidence was actually contaminated from the baggie that it was placed in. The material from the plastic bag had created a chemical reaction with the fire damaged evidence, causing the evidence to work against Jim George’s client.
This case, along with several others have led to a successful career and made Jim George a household name among his colleagues. So much so, that he was named a “Super Lawyer” six out of the past seven years in the law publication aptly titled “Super Lawyers.”
Nearing retirement, Jim decided that instead of being affiliated with a particular law group, he would branch out on his own. For the past two years, Jim has had his own law firm that he runs with the help of his wife Elizabeth. The Law Office of James W. George is located at our BusinesSuites Barton Springs location in Austin, TX.
What can we expect from Jim George in the future? Well, considering he is a “Super Lawyer”, the possibilities are endless.
