What Would Make You Happy?

Heather Younger

While in Las Vegas for a marketing conference last year I heard a speech from Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos. If you don't know Zappos, it's a online retail website selling shoes. Ever seen a box shipped to your office and the women all start getting awing and ohing? It's probably from Zappos. zappos

The company Zappos itself is also pretty exciting. Tony, their CEO, was fascinating to listen to. He strives to make all his employees "happy" so that they can give the best customer service imaginable. What a great idea! If you employees are genuinely happy they will project this happiness onto the customers. My question to you, what would it take to make your "happy" and give the best customer service imaginable?
